Xiaomi India — regarding my burn phone | |||
Dear sir, Somedays ago when my phone was in my pocket, the phone started heating when i took it out the phone was extremely heated, then i threw it on the ground it started burning and in a few seconds, it was all burned. This could have injured me in a very serious way. This is not expected to happen in such a way for company like xiaomi. Then after i went to authorised service center, firstly they refuse to accept it, after my request they accepted but till now the they are not able to solve my problem, instead of solving my problem they are demading money approx (40 to 50)% price of my phone and i can't able to pay. How can i pay for two times for same handset. A fews days later i also tweeted but nothing happend there too. It has been 18 days since it was submitted, but there is no response yet. I require quick resolution to this. This is my only phone and without this lots of work is my still pending. I request you to resolve my issue immediately.
