Xiaomi India — regarding ordered headphone

I had orderd headphone on 6th of april.
Headphone is not delivered to me then mi support team cancelled my order and initiated a refund on 19th april having eot of 8 to 10 days. Still i m not receiving my payment. Every time i call to support team they told me that we tried to contact you but no one try to contact m.
Every time i call them they give some fullish reason.

My new handset is giving a problem of installation and restarting service centre also not capable to solve my problem please replace it immediately I complained on complained number then they said to reset factory data I also do it no gain I found it create same problem continuously please replace it my lot of work are stay because of it
