Xiaomi India — Regarding refund not initiate into my bank

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Ashutosh Dubey who has ordered a 32" LED TV from Mi.com(Order Id: [protected]) on 19 June 2020 and paid the amount of ₹12499 online.
My order was cancelled on 24 June 2020 due the location out of delivery area.
Since I have contacted you many times for my refunds but till now no action was taken from your side and I have now no option left but to go to consumer forum and to make a complaint against you. So I am requesting you to initiate my refund ASAP otherwise I have to go to consumer forum.
