i had ordered an mi4i mobile from mi.com site order no :[protected] delivered on 6/11/15 with faulty swollen screen .i filed a complaint (no:723335)on same day on official email id and email id printed on delivery box within 24 hrs but did not get any reply from them .my request for replacement of faulty mobile has been rejected .
