Xiaomi India — Regarding service centre issues

I have give my set for repair work for past 15 days now they are asking me for smaller problems like reciever, charger, but they are not helping me out for my work and behaving like they have no idea what's going around them.they have not check even my phone and said they have to keep it for 15 days again.
