Xiaomi India — Regarding to unlock the mi4 note mobile

Sir, with due regard i have to state that i purchased the handset mi4 note last year and it was functioning properly, but mistakenly it got locked. And after that i am unable to unlock the mobile after repeating attempts. There is no any option of "forgotten passward" or login again. My mi account no is [protected] and my mail id is:- [protected]@gmail.com. Lock screen is showing my two email. Id, but both are not in position to unlocked the product after login with correct passward..
Kindly guide me further step to unlocked the product.
