Xiaomi India — regarding warranty issues with my product mi a3 | |||
I have bought brand new mi a3 on 02/09/19. Few days back i have experienced trouble with my touch screen so just visited nearby service centre to checkout this problem. Initially they have tested my device and informed that there is software issue. I have asked them to go ahead to solve the issue but later they have informed that issue is with the display. And suggested me to replace it, i have asked them to claim the display with the warranty replacement as i have seen noticed warranty for display malfunction for 1 year. There is no external damages on my display. But they refused and compled me to replace under payment. Why should i pay when my device is at warranty. Such a non professional answers from your guys. I need a proper reason for replacement under payment or else replace under warranty. I never expect such a poor quality with the product and customer service. And this is my 5th mobile with xiomi each and every from my family are a customer of xiaomi. Because we had trust with the brand Was this information helpful? | |||
