Xiaomi India — Rejected product delivery refund issues

Hi Xiaomi team,

I have rejected delivery more than 10 days back. I'm yet to receive my refund.

What a bad policy you have

Why should I wait for the product to return to the warehouse?

Is it because you won't believe in the logistics partner you've tied up with?

Outrageous service. Customer care is not helpful at all
