Xiaomi India — replaced product not delivered | |||
I had ordered redmi note 5 pro phone from mi.com, delivered product had issue in the reciever for which replacement request was raised.. Faulty product was picked on 6th nov and till now the replaced product has not be sent. When called at call centre... Agents are giving me misleading information and different agents giving different response... No one replying to mails or tweets. Neither they are refunding my money.
