Xiaomi India — Replacement not being done fo the faulty product | |||
I ordered redmi 3s from mi store on 7-9-2016. and i got a faulty product that is not charging. i am calling their customer care from last 10 days . but they are saying that i.ll get a call for confirmation of replacement. but i've still not got it. my order id is [protected]. and my incident no is[protected]. daily they say that i'll get a call tomorrow.and it's 8 days now.
