Xiaomi India — Replacement not received after a month (promised within a week) | |||
I purchased a Redmi 2 phone online from Mi.com/in on Aug 10th 2015 (Order No: [protected]) The phone had Network Issue. I sent an e-mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com on Aug 27th 2015 regarding the problem. The Xiaomi India did not respond. I talked to their CustomerCare No[protected] on 31st Aug 2015. The guy instructed me to return the phone for replacement and provided me the address of the warehouse. I sent the phone on the same day (31st Aug) to the address. Since then, almost daily I ask for the replacement but Xiaomi India not paying any heed. Help me get my phone back or refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
