I received mi LED Smart TV 4A 108CM(43) on 04 Nov 18 from mi store against my order id [protected]. After opening it was found that LED is defective. I called customer care number but they are telling since I have opened it, they can not do anything. As per them mi engineer was suppose to open this tv after his arrival for installation. I was not aware of this fact so I opened it.
Keeping in view of the above, It is requested to lodge my complaint and send a new LED TV as replacement of defected LED TV received.
