I got my new Mi4i 18.06.2015 and as i open the box is show display problem. I immediately contact the customer care about this issue and they told me to do update and settings. I do all the update and changes as suggested by them but still there is a display problem. On June 20, 2015 i asked them to replace my phone and they say i receive a call from technical team within 48 hours. Since then i contact CCE on daily basis and email them also but no one has responded to my query for replacement.
Can u please help to get my phone replaced
