I bought Redmi Note 10S (6 GB+ 64GB) Deep Sea Blue colour model from Croma Store -57 Sarat Bose Road, PS Residency Building, kolkata -700025 on 28th December 2021 .
From day one it is showing problem like the phone is getting switched off by itself very often and again it's rebooting and switching on . Max of the time it's not opening and the screen is blank and not showing any response after clicking open also.after some time it's it is again responding. The battery is draining like anything.
For last 5 years I am using MI Brand phone and I dint had any complain . That is the reason while choosing a new phone I have opt for Redmi Brand.
Now from morning itself the customer care lady is convincing to take this defective phone.
I need a a complete replacement of my phone. I dnt need this phone which is defective and it is not audible for the receiver also. Clearly this phone is defective and I need a brand new phone in place of this.
Please replace the phone immediately as I require my phone urgently. I have uploaded video if the defect to the Croma team also. I have send 4 video of the phone where it is clearly showing its not getting on.
I want my replacement of my new phone .hope you will solve this issue ASAP and get it resolved.i am attaching some of the videos as proof.
Please do the needful ASAP.
