Xiaomi India — Replacement Of Redmi Note 3 | |||||
I have bought a redmi note 3 from mi site. On that day my problem started. First they didn’t deliver it for weeks when I call them they just giving me assurance of that it will be delivered, but it didn’t so I have to go to currier company office and receive it myself. The problem didn’t finished there as it has battery draining issue so I called them to replace my phone but they told me format, reboot, update, clean cache etc. do this do that. But that also didn’t fix the problem so they told me to wait for Miui 8 as it should fix all the problem. Miui 8 released but then again it also didn’t fix the problem. So they told me to go to service center and bring the job sheet number or whatever they need. I also did that by standing in that service center for 5 hours. It was so horrible. After bringing that job sheet number and giving them they told me to wait 2 days our men are going to contact you and replace it and here I am waiting more than two weeks but they didn’t call whenever I call them they just told me to wait some more time but never gave me any dates. When I send them email they just reply me with automated answer. I know many other people are suffering or suffered in same way as I am. And I am telling you fellow mi users and customers that they can’t treat us this way we have to take legal action against this. They are just keeping money for themselves and not replacing mobile and not returning money what a bad way to treat customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
