Xiaomi India — Replacing new device | |||||
I had ordered a redmi note 3 and recieved it on the 10th of this month. I found the piece to be defective and requested for a replacement. They said the phone will be picked up for replacement in a couple of days and no one has arrived. Today, it has been a 11 days. Now, I ask for the refund and they say its not in their policy to refund the money. I don't know what to do now. They have tested my patience enough. Was this information helpful? | |||||
