Xiaomi India — required second time motherboard replacement within six months of purchasing my phone | |||
Pathetic phone and pathetic service i ever recieved. I bought my redmi note 7 pro in june. After 3 to 4 months problems started in it. First time phone signal suddenly getting out n hanging problem started. Few days later it became dead suddenly. I changed its motherboard as your service center told me. I received my phone after 10 days after replacing its motherboard. Few days later again its signal started getting off. Suddenly signal came and suddenly went out. When signal came i could not make video call (New problem started). Again i went to your service center he said your phone need software upgradation and i left my phone there. I came after 3 hours and he told me your phone again demands mother board replacement. What the heck it is! This phone and ur service harassed me mentally physically and economically. I am having redmj note 3 and its battery is in warranty but the service ceneter is not replacing the battery with new one why so i need an answer and i want my to be replaced as soon as possible
