We just purchased a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Pro on 18/09/22,
The box was opened on 21.09.22 evening as the service person came for a demo, he finished the demo by around 10 pm after which the machine was rested on the dock.The person who came for the demo also was not knowledgeable and I had complained about the same, he kept saying that this is a new model & the software is also updated so he had yet to understand all the functions.
Next morning when I got up I saw that a part of the front brush was lying on the floor next to the robot, I was shocked & disappointed as we had hardly used it and so soon a part of the front brush came out, I took a photograph & send it to the distributor & he sent me a what's app saying that I should go on the website & check if the part is available, once again I was shocked that something happens overnight & the dealer expects us to go on the website & find out whether it is available or not, this is very unfair.
After researching so many robotic cleaners for more than a month I finally decided to buy this one & it has come as a great disappointment ..
I have complained so many times & send so many emails but till date my problem is not resolved, everytime I am told that the part has been ordered for. Imagine not being able to use a new machinea becuase o[censored]navailability of parts & demo from day One.
please do the needful at the earliest & replace this machine or have my money refunded as I wouldn't want to keep a machine which has started giving problems from the first day. Was this information helpful? |
