Xiaomi India — Same complaint reported to Xiaomi and no re-solution provided since last 3 months & mobile is under warranty

I have reported same issue in my mobile phone Xiomi Redmi note 3 again and again but no resolution given as yet and every time they hand over the phone without doing any repair work, they don't pick the call or don't let me know the xat problem in my phone. I am totally help less and phone is under warranty and they are even non replacing it with new one.
