I purchased a Redmi Note 12 from a distributor. We noticed screen issue the very sae day and informed the distributor next day. He said the screen guard was pressed hard and he changed the screen guard for free and asked to watch for 2 days. Again visited him after two days but he denied any replacement and asked to go to service centre.
My question is: why would i go to service centre and get the new phone repaired that has flickering screen issue. It must be replaced or my money must be refunded. Was this information helpful? |
