Xiaomi India — Service center Demanding Rs 350/-

I was using Xiaomi Redmi1s.and it is under warranty .suddenly it startead creating problem (Starting problem) then i submitted my phone to service centre in Moradabad (NN Enterprises) .after 3days of submitting the phone now they told me that they found liquid in phone.How can i believe on that They demanding rs350 for mobile checking.why should i pay for that when my phone in under warranty and without checking the mobile how come i know the exact problem.why they are checking my phone front of me.
