Xiaomi India — Service centre returning faulty device | |||
My name is Prashanth and I had a ordered a new redmi note 3 for my cousin. The phone started rebooting automatically within 2 months o[censored]sage. After sending it to a service centre in bangalore, they returned the phone after a reformat. And it again showed the same problem. The whole story repeated two more times where the service centre reformatted the phone, "claimed" to have tested it, it's gone bad again now. This is a lot of trouble for us, as we are not residents of bangalore and need to courier the phone and ask a friend to submit it. The negligence shown by mi is too much. I want to demand for a replacement. The phone has been unusable since the last 2 months. Was this information helpful? | |||
