I had gone to mi service centre of gtb nagar, delhi-110009 branch on 11 september 2018 for change of battery of my redmi note 3 mobile... After checking all my details and mobile imei no. Etc from my mobile they issued me their service receipt.. After waiting for 2 hours at the centre they told me that after changing the battery the touch panel of the phone has stopped working... While submitting the phone all was working fine... Now they started give unprofessional excuses that its an electronic part and has no guarantee what would happen during the job... They even said that we have to change the mother board and still no guarantee whether the touchpanel will work... They said they tried to change the new touchpanel and it was still not working... And they returned me my phone... I then went to some other local shop and that shop person changed my touchpanel within 1 hour and it started working.. And even he said that there nothing to do with toucpanel and battery change...
Please look into the matter on urgent basis... I never expected that a professional company like mi will behave like this to me and i have to incur unneccesary expenses for my touch panel.. Though i had gone for battery change..
