I purchased a mi 4 tv of 49 inch and a wall mount for same tv, while ordering i entered my pin code and it shown me the tv will be deliver with in 3 to 7 working day, so i ordered and paid for it. After payment my order got divided into 2 sub order and started showing my address is not serviceable for tv. When i contacted there service center they told it is some technical issue so don't worry your tv will be delivered with in 7 days and tv will be out of warehouse within 48 hour. After 48 hr when i got same status i called them they told your issue is high priority give 4 hr, and that 4 hr now became another 48 hr. I called them several time and every time they are saying wait for another 4 hr our backend team will contact you. Its almost 7 day they are not giving any update always same ans wait for 4 hr. And they delivered the wall mount to me, so what i will do with that wall mount without tv, and if i am saying cancel my order and refund me that also they are not doing.
