My name is Rahul and I have purchased a Mi 5a before 5 months and now there is network connectivity issue and assuming without any cost my mobile will be repaired and I have visited to service center they informed me that its a liquid damage which is false commitment as per my knowledge this mobile was kept far away from water but the technician shiv in bandra west center was trying to fool the customers and the manager Vinod over there told me to pay the charges of just finding the fault in the mobile and to repair the cell phone he asked me to pay 3000rs and the cost of the mobile is 4999rs. I felt they charge the customer without any actual repair charges and later on he told me to pay 2500 and then after he said I will discount you around 25 percent on 2500 rs means it was such a cheap level of service and then I connected to the call center no. but over there the representative was laughing on me while I was asking to escalate the call to the senior, the representative name was Rahul Patidar and around 1 hour of conversation he just laughed on me and came back to me without transferring the call. They just fooled me on the call and @ service center. I have attached the screenshot of call timing done to the call center executive
