Xiaomi India — Service issue not resolved | |||
Hi, I had purchased MI MAX handset in Aug-2016. Phone not responding on start up. Visited BTM service centre, Bangalore for service on 14-Nov-2016 They said mother board has issues and need to be replaced. Till date don't know the status of issue or when can I expect the phone. Mai apna mobile 1Nov.2106 nu purchase kita c Red mi 3s gold ehnu purchase kite nu hale 12 days hoye ne . Eh mobile hang hon lag geya. Jdo mai instagram open krda ta eh jang ho janda & snapchat open krn te oh app apne aap band ho jandi aw. Kai var ehdi speed slow ho jandi aw.

After upgrading my Red Mi Note 3 to last upgrade, wifi speed is reduced from 4 Mbps to less than 1 Mbps. Even speed of other connected devices gets reduced if Note 3 is connected.
I have raised the issue through feedback app which is pre installed to my phone, but no respond I received till now.
