Xiaomi India — Service regarding problem

I had take the service of pickup and drop of xiaomi redmi 1s in delhi i had give the to gadgetwood service center representative on 06/08/2015 and today is 17/08/2015 i cannot recieve the phone so please tell me what can i do????????? i m warning you xiaomi please give back my phone quickly then i go to the consumer court and file the case on xiaomi ...my ticket no.469383
