Hello Sir, I am Rahul Patel bought MI4I phone. I am having problem in my phone, problem is Front side camera and Hotspot. I already submitted my phone to service center and its work order No :- SUR/XM/15/03955 WO Date 04 set 2015, it is submitted on 4th Sept 2015, today date is 28th September and I still haven't received my phone, for this I raise complain again this and my complain id is 539996, Even after complaining and calling customer service center so many times, no one has taken any action, neither anyone have contact me from MI Mobile Services, so finally I take my decision to submit a complain against this. Please help me to get back my phone, and take strict action against their services, who are ridiculous by not helping customers, like they don't care. I want my money back or provide me new phone.
