Its been 15 days and still i haven't received my phone. I did online chat with your supervisor but still no body able to provide me the solution. My customer id is[protected]. My phone is xaomi redmi3s prime which touch was not responding it was in warranty but issue is that phone hs has break its edges they inspected phone completely and now it is out of warranty
