On 20th Fen 2016, I gave my handset for repair of Display problem (under warranty). The service center at Madhapur Hyderabad, asked me to wait for few minutes as they have spare display and can be replaced soon. withing 10 minutes I got SMS that the handset is ready for delivery even before the service person assembled the handset. During assembly of front cover the service person noticed the power button is not working. However it was working when i gave my handset for repair. Now the service person opens one more work order and closes the old work order. Now it is more than 10 days, I tried to call the service center no body picks up the phone. Then I sent email to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com asking when i will get my handset. I don't get any commitment when the handset will be repaired. Was this information helpful? | |||||
