Xiaomi India — suddenly display stopped working - k20 pro-under warranty | |||
I have been following up with on the email with the service. Xiaomi.com for helping me getting the slot booked before 5th of august 2020, as the phone is still under warranty and i am not getting any slot available, The display of my phone suddenly went blank, but the mobile is working in backend, i wanted to book the service centre slot but i am not able to get any slot, i raised a complaint regarding the same and asked them to help me booking a slot or help me with an email approval if i go after 5th then too my warranty will be considered, but on of your csr (Aparna) responded that we cannot assure you without looking at the headset, so i ask them to book a slot before 5th of august, now from 3 days i am not getting any response, Please get this sorted or else help me with the escalation email id, i want to raise a complaint against this lady Was this information helpful? | |||
