Xiaomi India — Technical fault in redmi note3 (heat and hang)

I have purchased mobile on dated[protected]. But i charge it became heat and and after 3 days it fully hang also. I called to customer care executive but he refuse to replace mobile. I also send the complaint on dated[protected]. But reply is very unsatisfied. So please replace my mobile.
