Xiaomi India — The carelessness of service centre | |||||
My name is Sachin kumar and i bought MI note 3 around 15 days ago after getting and returning it 3 times becouse all handset had many problems. By the way my complaint is ragarding to my handset and service centre. 30th june 2016 I went to daryaganj branch service centre and took my phone and as they said I have to wait only for 3 days. After 3 days I can have my handset with no any problems. I went after 3 days to collect my phone but again with no any reasons they said that I have to wait for 5 days more. I said ok...and I went after 5 days and this time the xiaomi service centre's authority explained me nothing and i heard once again that I have to wait more 15 to 20 days. I raised my voice that what is happening? What are you doing this to me? I have kept so much patience but you guys are telling me to do more wait. Whay should I do this? They say that come after 150 to 20 days then we will talk. I kept patience and now I am frustrated and now it is very hard for me. Once I bought this phone first time, I returned it after 2 day as it had jack problem. Second and third time also i faced this problem. Finally when I'm having this handset...now it is in service centre and NO ONE is responsible there to answer me . I dont know the problem of my phone and daryaganj service centre's poeple is not responding me enoughly good. Whenever I call to service centre to know the updates and I say my name, they suddenly disconnect the call always. So I am very tired with this this thing and i wand my phon as soon as possible or i want my money back. I cannot bear all these things. Was this information helpful? | |||||
