Xiaomi India — Touch screen is not getting replaced by authorized service centre touch , faridabad sec-16

Dear Xiaomi Team, I am in pain to say that such a good company on which i had relied upon and recommended its phone to my other friends and colleagues, is now making making fool o[censored]s due to some people handling service centre in faridabad, sector-16. These guys denied to replace my touch which got damaged due to overheating. Please help.
