Xiaomi India — Transaction failed but amount got debited | |||||
Hello, On Monday 30th January 2017, I wanted purchase Redmi 3S Gold 16GB from Mi India, I have successfully added that mobile to my cart and gone for further payment process via Net Banking. But at the end transaction failed, even though money 6999 rupees debited from my account. Its been 1 week passed but still my money is not refunded to my account. Please help me. Mi phone sucks... Once it gets discharged it won't charge again easily... Is this the service u provide in your phone's. I think other companies are better than yours!!!
