Xiaomi India — tv installation is being delayed

We have received our smart tv on 26 october 2018 and booked our installation on 28 october 2018. But it's very bad to say that the service has not been yet been provided to us. The given number of the agent who will install our tv talks in very rude language is continuously delaying the installation.
It's our humble request to please look it in the matter
