Hi Have registered complain to repair my TV on 21st September. Tv is in warranty period. technician came to my home & confirmed the issue & told me that one part of TV is not working so he need to place an order into their system. Once that part arrives Mi technician will come & repair the TV. Its been a month now no one come to my place to repair the TV. Customer care is also not supporting. They are just raising the concerns to different different team. Was this information helpful? |
