Xiaomi India — unacceptable service at mi indiranagar service center

I brought new Xiaomi redmi note7 pro approx 3 months back. Within some days i started facing issues with the speaker. The call voice from my end wasn't audible.
I took the mobile several times to indiranagar service center but everytime they made some excuse and have not even attempted fixing it. I have visited the centre 5times till now for the same issue without any result.
And the whole reason is that the product is within warranty. Had the repair charges been from my own pocket they would have repaired it by now.
I demand an immediate repair of this or a new piece.

I had visited many time mi store they didn't resolve my problem everytime he told something wrong and last time finally mi executive said that I don't have parts in my stock. My mobile under warranty what will I do.

We have outlet here in Lakheri, dist Bundi, Rajasthan and I bought new 2 new note 7 pro online but fist time i went to ur outlet and ask me extra charge of mobile... Please do the needful...
