Dear Sir/Madem,
My name is Sandeep verma and I belong to Bhiwani Haryana. I have purchased my mobile through MI website dated on 23/01/2016 and invoice no. is[protected] amounted Rs. 7274/- (Rs. 6999/-+ Mi Protect Rs. 275/-).
My problem is that there was some problem in my phone related to camera for which I registered my call on MI customer care on 08/10/2016 & my pickup registration no. was[protected] but there was no response from the company. how many times I have called them but no response. after that I again registered my call on 02/11/16 through enquiry no. [protected]. then my phone got pick up and got repaired.
Now I was again facing same camera problem in my phone. Then I have registered my call on 23/01/2017 through enquiry no. [protected] which is in warranty period. Now I got mail from your company that my phone is not in the warranty period and Rs. 3970/- will be charged for my phone repair. Sir my phone was got picked up on 27/01/2017.
Is there some manufacturing defect in the phone, because of which i was facing same camera problem in my phone. It has only 2 months completed and I again facing the same problem. Because of company's fault why i shall bear the cost.
Further i also want to say that i have registered my phone on 23/01/2017 and I told them that my invoice date is 23/01/2017. if there is some kind of issue of warranty period they should have told me at that time. I have no service centre of MI in my city Bhiwani( Haryana). If there is any service centre in my city I shall take my phone in warranty period.There is no any kind of delay from my side.
I have lodged a complaint in MI company dated on 02/02/2017 but then I got replied that warranty period is expired one day before 23/01/2017. This is not mentioned anywhere in invoice that warranty period expired one day before the year. Sir, please help me in this matter.
