This complaint is regarding the mi4i phone which is under warranty which i submittted to the mi authorised service center in karnal (m/s tara tel & mobile, mela ram school market, karnal) and the job card number is js[protected] dated 14 may 2016. according to the executive at the service center the mother board of this phone was faulty and it was supposed to be repaired. they gave me 15 days time for resolving the problem and after 15 days another 15 days time was given and so on. now even after 2 months gone i have not received my phone back. rather the executive at the service center now says that this job card no will have to be changed and new job card will be issued and it will again take 15 days time.
I also tried to speak to mr. anurag sharma, who is manager with xiomi company but he supposed to be very busy and did not even bothered to listen to my problem.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and get the problem resolved either by repairing the phone or by giving me a new phone against this one. Was this information helpful? |
