I have purchased a redmi note 3s prime from xiaomi site on 17th October and i received it on 20th October, now I really regret why I have chosen this phone.
The moment i received it i have opened it with excitement. this is the least expectation of any buyer the he will get the proper product, but I found it is a defective peace. Very disappointed with it
The (Glass) screen is not properly attached to it. i spoke to customer care people and asked me to send the pictures of mobile to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com, and i sent it.
till now i did not get any reply from mi team.
When i call customer care they keep on asking me to wait for more 24 hrs we do not have any update from concern team.
I don't understand what concern team is here. I paid the money on 17th and till now am not able to use the phone. when there is problem from your end why should i suffer
i don't have other mobile to use. you should understand it is a daily usage product. and i have waited long enough and suffered a lot and fed up speaking to customer care people
can some one look in to this and help me out
and on 25th some one from escalation team called me and asked me to send me the flyer and box pictures to xiaomi.in, i asked him why did't ask me in the first place when i sent the pictures of mobile. he said we got the update and we are asking you and again i asked him when will i get the proper product, he said i don't know we need to wait for the update from concern team.
Till now there is no proper information when i will get the proper product asked them for refund they say that there is no option for refund.

Issue with mobile signal attachement.
The product is new and it never works fine on mobile data. Never connects to 3g or 4g automatically. Even when connected manyually keep on flapping in 2 minutes.
My mi 1S data cable has spoiled and i want to by a new data cable
From nearest xiomi service centre.
