Order id: [protected] Ordered on 17/10/2020 Delivered on 19/10/2020 Product: redmi note 9 pro max (8, 128) I received the product on 17/10/2020 and I found that the product quality was not as per the specifications. The camera and display quality were found to be very poor. It is very very difficult to take pictures without shake on it. The 64MP camera they claim, but the pictures look grainy and like watercolor when zoomed. All the pictures are shaky and grainy. The display always has a yellow tint and it never provides a neutral color temperature in any setting. It is evident that they are cheating the customers with cheap parts now. The viewing quality is extremely poor. They claim it to be 64 MP camera which is actually poor as an old 1.3MP camera. Refusing the return saying an illegal reason that there is no policy to return. I contacted them and asked for a return and refund immediately after receiving the product on 19/10/2020 itself. They just refuse to take return and they do unfair trade practice by saying that 'once sold, cannot be taken back whatever happens'. A company cannot make illegal policies that tamper consumer rights. The product is of inferior quality comparing with its specifications and I am utterly disappointed with the purchase.
