Xiaomi India — Unsatisfactory service | |||
Dear sir, My mi 2 started malfunctioning so i went to service center at hazratganj (Tejkumarplaza) firstly the executive asked for the bill which i did not have so i went to mobile store to receive a duplicate copy of bill then next day i again went to service center and then executive said please come after 3rd july. He suggested that touch of screen is not working which has to replaced so i asked for the amount to be charged which he denies to quote. I am not sure what kind for service you guys provide if i have to invest 5k in the old mobile i rather buy a new one but to be frank not a xiaomi again if you guys have same attitude towards customers.
