My Name is R. Pruthivi Raj. I have bought Mi4i mobile from Flipkart on[protected]Order ID: OD[protected]. IME No. [protected]. Last three months my phone got damaged (bulged) due to over heat …. Then I chatted to your company Customer service on[protected] and they said to the contact nearest service centre for battery replacement . So my son Praveenkumar went to your authorised service center at Thiruvananthapuram (Ascent Technologies, Thiruvananthapuram Ph. No.[protected]. They got the above mobile on[protected] from me and they gave me only a bill and the bill no was 989 dated[protected]. I dint get any job sheet from your service center . Every week my son called to your centre for my mobile, but there is no response till now. They pickup the call only after four or six times, after that they ask about the IME number, Phone Number, Model Number etc.. again and again… Then they used to reply with these words “ we will inform if mobile is ready”. After a week my son called again and again, they asked the same details again, and no proper response. I did not get any Jobsheet. So I am totally disappointed. Please make an enquiry on the service centre and show a way for replacement of the battery
