Xiaomi India — usb cable and adapter

This is with regards to my to order id: [protected] which was delivered on 28th october 2017 at my address. The delivery was cash oh delivery.

I've ordered a mi adapter and usb cable but it's not working since the last 2 days. I'm a loyal customer of mi but have been facing difficulty and i'm unable to charge my phone.
Please replace it the charger or i'll be forced to take legal action.
