It’s been around 5 year being associated with mi production ranging from smart watches, ear phone and mi phones from generation 4 to 7 pro but never faced any issues with respect to performance of phone.
This is to bring you into notice that i had visit one service center of vasundharaghaziabad regarding speaker volume is extremely low when phone was in warranty around 3 months back and problem was not fixed at that time properly because right from next day volume start reducing and in-spite of my request speaker was not changed and cleaning was performed.
But this time visited service center of jammu, address: ist floor ext-7 near dogra higher secondary school shastri nagar jammu -180004 for same issues and surprisingly they share me one good news for - mi note 7 pro “by saying mi product has less volume and you have to live with it and this is totally vague statement by service manager more over i am having 5 mi phones at home and all are working fine w. R. T. Volume.
Details of repair job has been attached along with invoice of the phone and as per work done receive speaker is changed but now volume become more worst and volume become more low and same is communicated while i am having phone in delivery..
Moreover, the back panel removed is not fixed by saying they don't have adhesive and same is marked pending in job sheet.
Being an customer and linked with mi from long i am obliged to draft an initiation before going into consumer forum.
To the service engineer of the store, i'm planning go legal apart of this because of those humiliation and loud volume being used in service center

When will my phone fix with good proper volume and do i need to carry phone without back panel properly stitched?
Why do i have go service center with same issues and then getting humiliation by executive who are not even supposed to fix the issue
