Xiaomi India — Very bad phone and not giving replacement

Hello Mi Team,
This is regarding my issue with Redmi4 mobile (3GB/32GBBlack), I brought this mobile from Mi store, Phoenix Market city Bangalore on[protected]. I started using this phone before 3 weeks and last one week I am facing Auto restart issue with this phone.
I called 5 times the customer care executives to resolve the issue, Initially they told me to clear the cache memory and reboot the phone this will fix the issue 100%.I did the same and again within 3 hours it started auto reboot
Again Called the same and they suggested to check the software update, but it was not available online, they told it will get within some days
3 rd call they asked me to take backup of all data and do the factory reset, I did the same, again same problem, next call they suggested to visit the Service center with mobile, and today (24th June) I took leave and visited the service center, the again flashed my mobile and I lost all the data and they simply given the phone back to me after long waiting time 2 hours, for giving the phone itself it took 1 and half hour, still I am facing the same issue even after visiting the service center .they did not check the phone after repairing,
within 3 week of time I faced this much issue with new Redmi phone, in fact my all friend suggested me as Redmi is the best, I cant visit service center again as this issue is not related to Software and it is purely with hardware, I cant take leave again and give the phone to open as it is brand new and did not complete 1 month .
I need a replacement of my mobile as I cant give the phone to open it and repair,
I have attached the bill copy in this email, and please refer the case number which I raised with customer executive today

I have already mailed the MI customer service and they have updated me that they will get back to me on Monday, I will update the here once I have received the update from Mi

In some cases my camera isn't working when I open camera it shows that "Still can't connect to camera Try restart your device" i restarted
It but still it won't working...!
