Xiaomi India — Very pathetic after sale service | |||||
I had purchased your redmi note3 gold 32gb on invoice date 25-may-2016. my charger is not working, that make a lot of noise while charging. when i go to mi store on new delhi. they simply denied by saying i have to wait atleast 1 month for just replacement of charge and no gaurrantee after one month also. and my phone also not connected with net they simply say that had charge around 180 rupees for this problem. my phone and accessories is under warranty, how can those people of mi store of mi ask rupees for problem. they are very rude and unprofessional. they have no manner how to talk with customer. they simply say everything no for any problem. if this is mi customer service after taking product. im simly saying not to take mi phone in future they have no proper customer service. numer given by their site ([protected]) always busy i tried two day continuously. i definitley not recommended to take mi phone and take other branded phone if people want piece of mind and want to save money.
