Vibration is not working of mi 3s prime(order #[protected]T60) [Incident:[protected]].

l purchased phone on 9th Aug 16. I noticed on 25th, vibration is not working. I submited phone on 26th Aug. I am not getting any update from service center how long they will take to repaire it. Service center not receiving customer phone. Could you please resolve my problem?
