My phone had a display problems under warranty duration. It was a manufacturing defect. It didnt resolve so they decided to replace the phone. i gave it to the service center in nov 2015 and since then no one is up to taking the responsibility or to give me a date when will i get my phone or till what date will get it or should get it. And last update was they have my replaced phone but still they are not upto the details when will i get it or when should i get it when ever i ask then they either some one is on leave or the server is down or they are waiting to extend the warranty from server.
